Alison Booths, keen traveller to Germany and Austria (A2/B1 1:1)

"I started learning German just to pick up a few basic phrases for holidays, but have found the lessons so stimulating and enjoyable that I keep on signing up for more. The teaching is excellent - varied, lively and effective. I can't think of any ways in which the classes could be improved."

Blog

by Barbara Classen (comments: 0)

Do you spend, like myself, too much time in front of a screen at the moment? I started to introduce short breaks in my working day listening to my favourite podcast Spanish with Vincente. And with sunshine I sit on my balcony. This inspired me to write my next blog on podcasts for students of German. I mailed my team and a few students. They came back with an eclectiv mix of ideas, of which I will present my highly subjective choice in the following article.

Deutsch perfekt is the perfect combination of professional journalism and successful language training. I admit I took this slogan from their website, but I agree this is why we, as a team,  love it, have used it for years in lessons and read it privately too. Lots of our students are subscribers. By the way the publisher Spotlight does not pay me for writing this article. If you want to find out why I think, you as a learner should start reading it or give a subscription for Christmas....
